Add Liquidsoap amplify option to tracks

Liquidsoap allows you to set the liq_amplify attribute for tracks in playlists. I believe it might be very helpful to add this, alongside the already existing cue/crossfade settings for media.

The existing amplify function call should be changed to something like:
amplify(override="liq_amplify", 1.0, radio)
