Option to only trigger webhook when DJ is connected.

I run 1 show on my site that only goes an hour a day and I'd like to be able to set the now playing webhook to only run if a DJ is connected/only run in a set time.

We now have a new Webhook trigger option for song updates, but only when a live DJ is connected.
