Repeat rules - 4 scenarios

We need the ability to control several different kinds of "repeats". I can see 4 related scenarios: 1) the obvious - don't play the same track within a certain period of time. 2) Almost as obvious - don't play the same artist. 3) Less obvious - don't play the same title, even by a different artist. 4) also less obvious - don't play the same album, even if the artist and title are different (various artist albums). Ideally, each of the 4 intervals should be configurable.

If anyone needs convincing about this need, imagine trying to automate a week of Christmas music. It's easy to build a huge library to draw from, but how many versions of "White Christmas" do you want in a single afternoon? Or consider this: There are more than 300 recorded versions of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah".

It is also needed for DMCA compliance.
