API for broadcasts

Make in the api possible to get all the broadcasts?

The latest Rolling Release version includes a new API endpoint, `/api/station/{station_id}/streamers/broadcasts` that will let you view all broadcasts saved for a station in one single result, instead of having to iterate through streamers to view individual streamers' broadcasts.
