It allows me to download a file to station media folder from another place online (a website) remotely by simply entering the link of that file.
Example: I want to download https://www.domain.com/download/music.mp3 and save it directly to /var/azuracast/stations/station_name/media.

Yeah, this would be a great feature. I wouldn't have to first download the file to my own local machine and then transfer it via SFTP.
That would be wonderful! I could run cronjobs to spider remote directories and add them to the media folder.

Hopefully it would be secure. We wouldn't want to have anybody stealing songs just my having the URL.
I am waiting.
It's planned ! cool.
Adding ability to download directly from an RSS feed (for podcasts) would be great.
Is it as easy as adding wget URL ?!
some suggestions that would be very useful for the radios that use Azuracast:
- Subscription to rss
- Link subscription to playlist and be able to define that the last downloaded episode is broadcast
- Be able to define the automatic deletion of old episodes.
Any updates on this subject?
