Please add Ubuntu 19.04 support

Trying to install azuracast through ansible method (CANNOT USE DOCKER AS NETWORK CANNOT PORT FORWARD) and I got this error:

fatal: [localhost]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "AzuraCast can only be installed onto computers running Ubuntu 16.04 or 18.04 LTS."}

please add support for Ubuntu 19.04

AzuraCast already supports Docker installations on Ubuntu 19.04/19.10. We use long-term support (LTS) versions of Ubuntu because it is meant to be installed on servers that often operate for many years without needing much server maintenance. LTS versions are supported for *far* longer time periods than their regular release counterparts (i.e. 19.04 and 19.10). We will absolutely support Ubuntu 20.04 for both Ansible and Docker installations when it releases, as it too will be a LTS release.
