Don't disconnect listeners

The function "do not disconnect listeners if the source disconnects" would be implemented in the shoutcast configuration file. It would be very useful to not lose all the listeners in case of brief disconnections of the source in live.

As of the latest stable versions of AzuraCast, we've implemented much better handling of fallbacks in the event that the Liquidsoap AutoDJ disconnects for any reason. By default, listeners will only hear a moment of quiet white noise before the stream resumes as normal.
