Zero-Downtime Updates

Hello, it would be nice to be able to update azuracast without stopping liquidsoap and shoutcast / icecast with a command for example: ./docker.sh update -nostop.

It also avoids cutting client streams whenever there is an update.

I make this request because being given that there are often updates, and when you have a lot of customer, it is almost impossible to carry out a maintenance when there is a lot of listener in continual.
