Add ability to manipulate the next-playing song or specify a song to play next by hand.

  Currently if I wanted to queue up a song or two specifically, I'd have to go to the public page and make a song request and approve my own request (as far as I'm aware).
  
  It'd be cool if on the "Upcoming Song Queue Page" you could have the same dialog box as the requests on the public page and select a song, for example.

  With the updated Media Manager, you can now queue a song or multiple songs to play next directly from the media manager page.
