Make the "Azuracast is live" & "Live Broadcast" messages customizable

As an example, the "Azuracast is live" could be replaced with "[station name] is live" or whatever else in the station default language. Likewise, the "Live Broadcast" message that displays at streamer logon could be set to display something like "Hello, [streamer name] is on air."

I agree, also when autodj is disabled the message "station off" appears when no metadata is received, even when there is audio playing
