Webhook event: scheduled playlist change

Would it be possible to add a webhook event that triggers when the current playlist changes? I would like to post an automatic message (on Discord in my case) when the scheduled playlist changes.

Example schedule:
10h-11h: hip hop scheduled playlist
11h-12h: jazz scheduled playlist
12h-13h: folk scheduled playlist
In this example, an event would be triggered at ~11h (when the first song from the jazz playlist starts) and at ~12h (when the first song from the folk playlist starts).
