Duplicate song prevention only (independent from artist duplicate prevention)

AFAIK, the current "prevent duplicate" feature tries to avoid playing the same song and the same artist within x period of time. I would like to prevent the same song from being played, but NOT prevent the same artist from being played, as that is fine for me, I like having several songs by the same artist once in a while in shuffle mode.

Would it be possible to add a feature that *only* prevents the exact same Title+Artist combo? Ideally it would work based on metadata from TITLE and ARTIST tags, so that duplicate songs would get treated as duplicates even if they don't have the same azuracast internal ID (in my case due to hardlinks).
