add max duration function to playlist settings

I believe thesis already possible with advanced liquidsoap configuration but it would be nice to have this option in playlist settings... eg: max length of 3 minutes for all songs in the playlist

Libretime got some nice ways to manage Calendar/Shows/Smart Block/Playlists it will be nice to ask for their... knowledge around that?
