User Agent Blocking

First, thank you for introducing Geo IP blocking which is a great feature for implementing content restrictions, etc.

Now if we could get the ability to block certain User Agents from the admin panel that would be great. We've been dealing with nuisance connections for too long which is not only disruptive to listener data, but also affects some users with limited bandwidth.

Banning IP ranges risks isolating genuine listeners and Geo banning a full country for a few bad connections is also a drastic measure. Ability to ban these agents would provide a solution to our annoying problem.
