Podcast: UX

The "Podcast" section is awesome, but I think there should be the possibility to:
a. integrate a "Podcast" section button in the default public home page (e.g. in the same line of "Song history", "Request song" etc, or in a new line) so that any user can reach the section even without the specific link;
b. integrate a "Back to radio" button in the podcasts home page to let user get back to the radio

The two buttons could be automatically visible by setting a simple flag in the configuration pages, or just when a podcast is configured in the "Podcast" section - maybe both.

I've tried, by using js and custom css, to reach the goal (see linked image or check radio.poesiasenzaveli.it), but a "default" solution should be appreciated.
