Playlist Enable / Disable General Rotation

The ability to enable or disable the "General Rotation" setting in a playlist either during setup or editing later. Rather than having to select one of the other options in the selection list. Allow a playlist to simply exist outside of the general rotation as a scheduled item or other option as may become available in the future. Also, the ability to select to add the Playlist to the stream metadata to use as a currently playing "Show". If this is possible, also add a description and image item to the playlist data for use as a show schedule on the website.
