Request Song box / wishing box Changes

I wish to have a upgraded wishing box, too.
This box can be turned on or of by streamer or admin.
In this Box should be the possibility to send regardings to someone in combination with a song wish.
So, a streamer can read and tell the regards on a live show.
But if its turned on by a streamer or admin, the automaticly the request link shows the changed box.
For the Autostreamer the requestbox is good as it is.
