Hours announcement

Hi there! before we get started I would like to thanks your attention.

So, I believe that would be interesting it is possible to create a playlist to speak the current time. Maybe we should have a playlist with some audios files for the Hours and Minutes and this playlist will concatenate both audios, something like H01.mp3 (Hours) + M10.mp3 (Minutes)
