LOG VIEWER: add pagination to make it easier to view large log files

not much explanation needed. it would be much easier to view the Azuracast logs if they were separated by pages according to the size of the files, where the last page would show, for example, the most recent events.
With the current implementation, Log Viewer was able to crash my browser, even on a decent machine!
