System Requirement

Could you please make a list of minimum system requirement, based on:
(1) number of users at the same time
(2) bit rate
(3) whatever else will increase the load
The specs can be like CPU, RAM, server outbound bandwidth. (just approx. will be nice)
It will be easier for hosts to decide what type of server to use.
