Create scheduled events for a specified time range within an hour

I want to be able to schedule a "commercial break" several times an hour. This would be a way to play short promos for live shows, public service announcements, and even advertisements for comercial stations.

If, for example, I want commercial breaks to occur every hour between 19 and 21 minutes, and again between 39 and 41 minutes, I have two options today:

1. Used advanced scheduling and liquidsoap scriptiong to do this.
2. Create 48 scheduled events.

Option 1 technically works, but the autodj doesn't know about custom scheduling, so it only makes queuing decisions based on playlists with scheduled events within Azuracast itself. Also, not everyone is comfortable with liquidsoap scripting and, while that is a powerful feature, it's also dangerous and can lead people to believe that Azuracast is broken when it's really not.

Option 2 is laborious, and unnecessary since it appears that all of the code to do this in the autodj itself is basicly there.
